General terms and conditions

These terms govern the relationship between Bonne Route Parts (a brand of Bonne Route Auto) and its professional customers in the supply of heavy-truck spare parts.

The site is not an online shop with payment: it lets you browse the catalogue and send requests. Any firm order is confirmed after discussion with the sales team.

The customer sends a consultation request from a product page or their account. Bonne Route Parts confirms the reference, availability and price. The order becomes firm after the customer's explicit agreement.

We strive to identify the exact part from the reference provided; the customer remains responsible for verifying compatibility with their vehicle.

Prices are stated in dirhams (MAD). Applicable prices are those confirmed by the team during consultation; reseller and key-account customers benefit from negotiated prices visible in their account.

Prices shown in the public catalogue are indicative and may change depending on availability and the market.

Delivery terms (lead time, carrier, cost) are specified when the order is confirmed, according to the nature of the parts and the destination.

Stated lead times are indicative and depend on supplier availability.

Parts carry their manufacturer/supplier warranty. Terms (duration, scope) depend on the brand and are provided with the order.

Any claim must be sent to contact@bonnerouteparts.ma with the order reference. A fitted or modified part may no longer be covered.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, in particular Law 31-08 on consumer protection. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tangier.
