Data we collect
We collect the data you provide: name, company, phone, email, city, as well as the content of your consultation requests and orders. For an account, we keep your login information and preferences.
We also record minimal technical data (products viewed, login log) for commercial follow-up and security.
Why we use it
To process your requests and orders, respond to you, manage your account and pricing, send you emails related to your activity (confirmation, follow-up), and improve our catalogue and service.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising and do not sell it.
Hosting and processors
Your data is hosted and processed by specialised technical providers acting on our behalf: database hosting and authentication management, secure media storage, and delivery of our emails.
These providers may host data outside Morocco, with appropriate safeguards. We do not share your data with any third party for commercial purposes.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the business relationship and legal obligations (accounting in particular). An inactive account and its data may be deleted or anonymised on request or after a prolonged period of inactivity.
Your rights
In accordance with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data.
